Quotation flow

Every bulk-quote request generates a unique reference (for example WQ-2026-000123); private-label and manufacturing requests generate PL- and MF- numbers. Quote that number on WhatsApp and we can pick up your request instantly. A quote lists unit prices, the minimum per style, availability and shipping options, and is valid for the period stated in the quote itself — prices can change until an order is confirmed.

Series, explained

Wholesale styles are sold as full size series. A series is one piece of each size in a set run — for example 36–44 is five pieces, one of each. You order in series and choose how many per colour; we confirm the exact series and minimum per style. There is no single-size selection, which keeps your size curve balanced on the rail.

Payment

Bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice. No payment is taken on this website and there is no card checkout. Any deposit and balance split is confirmed per order.

Shipping & consolidation

We dispatch from Istanbul by courier (such as DHL or UPS) or air/road cargo, depending on weight and destination. Where possible, items from several suppliers are consolidated into one parcel so you clear customs once. The applicable Incoterm (for example EXW or DAP) is confirmed per order. Dispatch and delivery options are confirmed per country before you order; we do not make blanket delivery promises.

Customs

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide the export invoice and HS codes your broker needs. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering; see "Shipping by region" below.

Quality check before dispatch

Before anything ships we check:

  • Piece count against your order
  • Visible defects
  • Colour and size matching
  • Labels and packaging (private label)

Defective pieces are replaced or credited.

After delivery

If something isn't right, send us photos with your WQ/PL/MF number on WhatsApp. We review each case individually; replacement or credit is handled case by case.

Glossary

Series
A set run with one piece of each size (for example 36–44). Wholesale styles are ordered by series, not single sizes.

Pro-forma invoice
A preliminary invoice issued after you approve a quote. Payment is made by bank transfer against it before dispatch.

Questions buyers ask first

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, but it is per style, not per catalogue. Most styles start at a few series, and the exact minimum is confirmed in your quote.

Can I mix several styles in one order?

Yes. Add as many styles as you like to your inquiry list; we quote them together and, where possible, consolidate them into one shipment.

How do I place an order?

Add styles to your inquiry list, request a bulk quote, and you receive a WQ reference number. We reply with prices and availability; you confirm, and we issue a pro-forma invoice.

Do I have to travel to Istanbul?

No. You browse, select styles and request quotes from your own business. On request we arrange a video call so you can see the goods before ordering.

Can I get a sample first?

Sample availability and timing depend on the style; we confirm after your request. For custom manufacturing, a sample is always approved before bulk production.

How do I see prices?

Add styles to your inquiry list and request a quote, or ask on WhatsApp. You receive prices, availability and shipping cost in one reply.

How is payment handled?

Bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice. No payment is taken on this website and there is no card checkout.

Why aren't prices shown on the catalogue?

Wholesale prices depend on quantity, colourway and the current cost, so we share them per request rather than publishing a single figure.
